The Company

The UNIFOAM GROUP is a foam and mattresses producer. It started its activity in 1982 with a single plant in Ilorin State in Nigeria under the brand of UNIFOAM for foam and UNIFLEX for mattresses. Then the firm acquired two more factories which started their production under the same brands in 1987 in different locations: first in Kano State, the second in Kaduna State. With these three production locations and retail stores in all cities and towns, the UNIFOAM GROUP became the best distributor of foam and mattresses all over Nigeria .

With its 500 employees, included engineers and workers, a good know-how and a constant concern about innovation, the UNIFOAM GROUP is offering the highest quality of foam production, specially designed and tested to suit all your different applications and needs.

Aware of the opportunities present in the Eastern Europe countries, their great perspective of growth, and by taste of challenge, the UNIFOAM GROUP extended its activity to Romania, by setting up a new firm in Bucharest: VICTORIA S.A. Using the same brands as the UNIFOAM GROUP in Nigeria, the production started in January 2002 for foam and in October 2002 for mattresses. Little by little, VICTORIA S.A became a major participant in the Romanian market of mattresses.

But this Romanian part of the UNIFOAM GROUP does not only produce foam and mattresses: in its diversification plan, the UNIFOAM GROUP introduced a new sector of activity by launching the couches lines in 2005.

By providing the greatest quality, always meeting our customers' needs, and the determination to supply the best services and products, the UNIFOAM GROUP succeeded in becoming a leader in its activity field. What is more the UNIFOAM GROUP is now integrated in the globalization, with its different international manufacturing locations and by exporting more and more its products, all across Europe .
